The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely Sicilian dinner, using fresh local ingredients.

All the bedrooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. Each room is designed with meticulous attention to detail, creating a dreamy atmosphere. The double beds come with crisp white linens and four cushions each, providing optimal height and comfort for a restful night's sleep.
01The ground-floor bedroom features two windows, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Upon request, a bed for a child up to six years old (140x70 cm) is available in this room.

02The first-floor bedroom features two windows, air conditioning, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. It also offers a quiet desk space for guests who wish to work undisturbed.

03The third double bedroom, “NiDo”, features an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance at the back of the villa. This cozy attic retreat features WI-FI, air conditioning and a coffee machine, making it ideal for enjoying a quiet morning espresso. Accessible via a comfortable spiral staircase, it’s ideal for guests who value a little extra privacy.

AVOLA & SOUTHEASTERN SICILY
When you're ready for a change of scene, the nearest beach along the coast is a two-minute drive away; the lively town of Avola, with its beautiful central piazza, is just a few minutes’ drive and will offer you a friendly and animated atmosphere as well as numerous shops, restaurants, pizzerias and coffee bars. The nearest supermarkets are a two-minute drive away, while on Saturdays and Wednesdays, you can enjoy a farmers market with local fresh produce. Siracusa is only 20 km away with its wonderful archaeological area; here you can visit a breathtaking ancient Greek Theatre, the Orecchio di Dionisio Cave, and the Roman Amphitheatre. The old town of Siracusa, on the island of Ortigia, will leave you enchanted with its magical atmosphere. Here, you can discover several popular tourist attractions, such as Piazza Duomo, the Temple of Apollo, and the Aretusa Fountain. Additionally, you can explore the charming streets lined with baroque palaces, shops, restaurants, and coffee bars.
Villa Olivella is just 8km from Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage site with some of the most spectacular and elegant Baroque architecture in the world. It is one of the gems of the Val di Noto region, along with Modica, Ragusa, and Scicli, all reachable within a short drive. The protected and stunningly beautiful Vendicari Nature Reserve is only a 30-minute drive (18 km away). Located halfway between Noto and Pachino, it covers almost 4,000 acres of undisturbed marine and bird ecosystems that open to a clear sea and the long, golden beaches of Eloro, Pizzuta, Calamosche, and Marianelli. The pretty seaside fishing village of Marzamemi is 28km away and is well known for its seafood and the beautiful central Tonnara square, full of traditional restaurants and bars. Forty minutes south, the Marina di Modica, Marina di Ragusa, and the Andrea Doria promenade feature some of the area's most popular beaches, including Sampieri, Pozzallo and Donnalucata.
